DETAILS: entry must have at least 1 rainbow in it! it must have at least 1 character from an anime/video game/cartoon. Be creative!
any submissions without a rainbow or that look like they have no effort in them will be REJECTED.
RULES:
-no spamming for votes
-no OCs (own characters)
-picture must be coloured, perferably with coloured BG as well
-all pairings are allowed (yaoi, yuri, strait, freinds, etc)
